What a weekend!!! So much to share. First, I have a beta gMail account and it is really cool. This is now my primary e-mail account for non-work related stuff. Hotmail just kept maxing out and the gMail account has a gig of space. Too cool.

Had a great day with the body of Christ on Saturday as we shared with about 20 people from the church where we used to attend and then a great time with one of the families on Father's Day. Saturday my youngest took 8 stitches in the skull due to a mishap on the playground. The shots to numb the area was worse than anything.

Sunday gave me a terrific chance to play with a new camera. I shot a roll of Tri-X (B&W) on a Mamiya m645 medium format camera. I am excited to see the outcome of the roll. I think that the cost of the medium format camera set-up is probably reasonable if I really like the output, but as anyone who knows me knows - I love digital! The camera that I have been looking at has just come down about $300 so I am hoping that a couple of deals that I am trying to work on might pay off so that I can get it before fall.

For Father's Day I got myself "The Magnificent Seven" on DVD. I think that the best part of the DVD was the "making of" part. The movie is based on a Japanese movie "The Seven Samari". I now want to see that one really bad but think that I will have to buy it as it would notbe in wide release.

Time to hit the road. This week will take me to 4 different states, 3 if I work it out right.
