Once every now and then I get a little blue over the amount of travel that I do, more lately. Today was paradise! I was in the office all day long. Except for a quick trip to the pharmacy to get some antacid pills (that says a lot doesn’t it?) I was home all day. It was great. Well tonight as I was sitting here watching the Colts whoop up on the Vikings and I decided that I would cruise the web and update some of my frequent traveler sites. Now I am charged.

The good folks at Delta say that I can travel to Europe and back. Need to do a little checking, but I may have the points to take my beloved too! That will save my marriage.

Southwest just gave me a round trip anywhere in the US today. Cool! Thinking about a getaway to the Pacific Northwest for a weekend next year.

Hilton? Come on, spend a night on us. Marriott, us too! Holiday Inn, stay for 2 weeks or pickup a ton of great merchandise (I qualify for a 27 inch TV!). How cool is that?

Think that I will focus my travel to the Marriott properties next year to get an Apple iPod (40gb) with Bose noise canceling headphones. That would be really cool.

So, this week when I get up at 5am to catch a flight to DC where I won’t return until after midnight, I won’t complain.
