Where has the time gone? Well, for me it has been tackling the new business 100%. I would say 110% but then some smart person would tell me that it is technically impossible to give more than 100% of yourself, but I would say that compared to what I have been doing in the past I am probably doing more than 110%. In my former role I would give my very best whenever I was working, but I didn’t give my all when I had “down time”. So when the day was done I might occasionally enjoy some TV in the hotel room, or I might schedule my first interview of the day at 9am so that I could enjoy coffee and breakfast. No longer! I find myself leaving the house in the dark to make an appointment across the state at 8am so that I can get in a full day’s work. I can sense that those that I am with long to get to dinner whereas my only thought is to get in another hour of training before I make the 3 hour drive home. I love this stuff! This week I have had some incredibly beneficial times, and it only makes me want to work harder.

The photography is on hold for the time. I love photography, I just don’t have the time for it as I would like. I still take my camera with me almost everywhere, and occasionally snap a few good shots, but I just haven’t taken the time to upload them to the site. At first when I stalled my uploads it was due to working on OperationFeedMySheep.com. I took a few days to help Garry get the site up and then I was out of the habit. Then the new business took lots more of my time than I thought that it would. I have been committed to setting good work habits with the business and I am glad that I do. So, enough for now, more later. ~Rick
